Referral Info

Referrals to SSHC are not needed. However, GPs are welcome to refer.

A letter from the practice software is sufficient. Please include all relevant results and vaccination history.

We recommend that your patient contact us directly to facilitate timely access. They will need to call us on (02) 9382 7440 or walk in to the service. Our walk in appointments may be limited if they arrive later in the day. It is recommended that they call us before attending to confirm we can see them.
